Frequently Asked Questions

Platform access, evaluation criteria, and operational governance

What are the evaluation criteria for clinical and performance organizations?
We assess multi-site operational footprint, governance maturity, EMR/workflow integration readiness, and institutional commitment to platform adoption. Preferred partners operate 10+ facilities or serve 500+ elite clients annually, with established leadership teams and demonstrable operational discipline.
How do NOVA, ORION, and JOLT interoperate?
The three operational platforms share common data standards and governance frameworks but function independently. NOVA focuses on clinical analytics, ORION orchestrates supply chain intelligence, and JOLT handles exchange and settlement. Organizations may adopt one, two, or all three based on operational needs.
Why are TITAN and NEXUS restricted to development status?
TITAN and NEXUS address specialized use cases—predictive analytics and portfolio intelligence—that require deeper stakeholder coordination. Both platforms are in controlled beta with select institutional partners. Public availability is not planned for 2025.
What data governance and security standards does Legacy Four enforce?
All platforms comply with HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, and institutional-grade access controls. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We enforce role-based access, audit logging, and contractual data sovereignty provisions. No platform data is shared across organizations or used for non-operational purposes.
Can existing partners request access to additional platforms?
Yes. Organizations already using one platform may request evaluation for others through their designated Legacy Four account liaison. Cross-platform adoption follows the same vetting process but benefits from established operational trust and integration readiness.
